Just the right weight.

This thing is great for frying burgers. What's not great is trying to clean it up afterwards. Let's be honest it's iron and if you don't clean it properly and then rub some oil on it after you're done it will rust on you. I don't mind using it. But cleaning after each use is troublesome. But that's what I expected when I bought it. It also keeps the meat from splattering the fat all over the plate when I use it. It's bigger than the burger underneath.
