Review on KitchenAid KEK1222PT 1 25 Liter Electric Kettle by Jason Hill

I've had this kettle for about 9 months now and am very happy with my purchase. A few of the reviews weren't great and I was very hesitant to order. Some people seemed to have rust problems after a few months. I leave the lid open to allow moisture to escape after the water boils, and I never leave water in it. A hot kettle dries fairly quickly this way and prevents rusting. This is a smaller kettle and I would say perfect for 1-2 person portions. The size is definitely too small for the whole family of tea drinkers :) Update: I'm still happy with my purchase. The kettle works and after three years still looks like the first day. The second photo inside is the newest. I use it at least once a day.
