the software does not work. Whenever I install it, the logo just flashes in the taskbar and doesn't let me do anything until I force uninstall. Useless without software. I will revise the rating if the seller provides me with the correct software, otherwise it will remain at 1 star. Update, I've decided not to return this thing just so it doesn't spread further if it contains any virus. And since I have it now, I decided to disassemble it. Upon inspection, two wires are clearly visible that look like they have come loose from their terminals. I'm curious if anyone else has the same unconnected wires. I'm not sure if it's because of the way they're constructed, or if it's a shared cable with extra unnecessary wires, or if it's a sign of a hack to access an unintended area of the access an unsuspecting user's computer. Has anyone else taken it apart?
