I put this in a well locked gun cabinet, I have multiple humidity sensors monitoring the outside and inside. I was expecting it to take some time to take effect. Judging by the pressure gauges, it didn't fall at all and I added a second container. It's been a week now and no change! And if you leave it somewhere and forget it can collect water, but this will not affect your moisture levels in any way. Buy a real dehumidifier, it's not worth those dollars.
