I put this in a well locked gun cabinet, I have multiple humidity sensors monitoring the outside and inside. I was expecting it to take some time to take effect. Judging by the pressure gauges, it didn't fall at all and I added a second container. It's been a week now and no change! And if you leave it somewhere and forget it can collect water, but this will not affect your moisture levels in any way. Buy a real dehumidifier, it's not worth those dollars.

just doesn't work! I have three damp closets in the basement where moisture has been a problem. I have used DampRid bags but figured I could save some money. Put these baths in and. a little. I got curious, maybe the humidity was just lower and I had a bag of DampRid left over, so I put it in one of the cupboards. In two weeks he gained more moisture than all three and they were a month ahead! I will try to return. waste of money!

Wow! I needed a toilet and basement dehumidifier and am so glad I found it! I could see the difference immediately. I've noticed that some of my clothes are taking on a closet smell and after just a few hours of using this absorbent it was gone! The setup instructions are all clear and I had no problems with them. however. If you're looking for something to keep specific areas of your home fresh and dry, look no further!

I wouldn't say my house has a lot of humidity but this set suits me very well as I have placed it in some rooms where the humidity is above normal should lie. After a week or so you can see it filling up a bit, especially my room which has air conditioning and doubles as storage. Somehow I feel more comfortable that there is no risk of damaging the stored things. Overall the kit looks well packaged and will be with me for a long time. I recommend!

I'm already seeing results from using this in my RV for a wet week and it's collecting water. I love that you can refill it and use the same case as I think throwing everything away is a waste of time. My only concern is that it's not that "safe". Does not draw water. No moisture, no black and pink mold. I tested 2 right next to each other. I think the pad on top is so thick that it forces you to draw more than the others. Glad to find these buckets of Vacplus desiccant. What I liked the most was the paper backing that kept the desiccant moisture salts from leaking out like another brand I've used for years. This box comes with 3 buckets and 6 desiccant packs. Obviously I filled out 3 right away and started using. They absorb moisture very well. When it came time to change, I had a refill bag.
