I loved this item so much I'm buying a second one to replace. I filled 90ml (3oz) at a time into my Continental Road 700x25-32 tubes. Contains two nozzles. I used a thread adapter. The trick is to inject the sealant very slowly, otherwise the sealant will start leaking out of the tube. Make sure the hose/tire is well below the injector to allow gravity to flow down. If you don't want a mess, be patient and wait 1-2 minutes or you will have a mess. It's easy to clean, just fill a glass with water and flush the injector the way you add sealant, but quickly.
