My CD collection is too big for the space I wanted for it, so I was looking for a way to combine them. I tried the large bindings, four per side, and you flick through them to find what you want to hear, but the pages slipped under the weight of the CDs and the bindings were difficult to fasten. These small cases fit perfectly in a CD booklet and 1-2 discs and you simply tuck the back flap into the back of the case to close it. (No protrusions or slits on the back, just a crease. I put them in a shoebox-sized media case so I can flip through them like a filing cabinet. The bonus is that the discs are kept safe when you take them with you want to get a few out and throw them in a bag to play in the car I haven't used them much so can't speak to their durability but they didn't fall apart even when I put in the large 2 disc booklet The only minor criticism I could say is that there are only small nicks on the lid so I had to run my fingernail over it after closing the lid to make it lay perfectly flat. But that's a minor one Inconvenience compared to how much I like the result.
