It's been a long time since I had one like this but I find this version a little thicker than the other one I had. The problem with the other one I had was after a long time it was white and a bit worn and dirty and the gimmick ended up being slightly damaged after a kid got their hands on it which was my fault. Anyway, this one is red and thicker and easy to see when I play with it. The gimmick in this one is solid, but you still need to handle it carefully to avoid damaging it. I believe this applies to all versions of this trick on the market. This effect is a classic. I use it as a comedy gimmick. I stretch it and when I put it on the child's head it falls like a normal rope and there is a lot of laughter. It's very easy to learn and you don't really need a guide because once you get the hang of this trick, you immediately understand how it works.
