I really like this pan and it's worth the money. I bought this for Thanksgiving and the 21 lb turkey is fine, it's a sturdy pan and the stainless steel grate it's so heavy. A pan fully loaded with turkey felt safe when removed from the oven, but thick oven mitts are a must. The grate is durable and can be easily removed from the pan. The pan does not have a non-stick coating, but is easy to clean. If necessary, I soak the pan in the sink overnight and the burnt material comes off immediately. Note: To make it easier to remove the turkey from the grill, cut about six feet of 100% cotton twine and tie into a loop. Then place the loop on the wire rack before placing the turkey on the wire rack. The cotton loop serves as a handy lift when transferring the turkey to the cutting board and can then be cut off with scissors.
