Camera defect best in audio and video accessories

Liked the picture quality of the camera zoom is good. The best feature is the scaling options. Everything seemed to indicate that this would be a good webcam for me. I've been using it for a month now and it's been giving me problems for the past 5 days. My webcam turns off completely like it's not connected. I have to detach and reattach it differently before the camera reads it again. Disappointed I only had 1 month of use. Mine became a pure webcam
