Ordered on 1/30, received 2/1 when they hadn't even promised by window 5-2/10! Couldn't have had a better delivery time! I gave it 4 stars and didn't rate the convenience just because I haven't used it under a client yet. I have used and tested the heating function and do not see any problems. The only thing that confused me when ordering was that the photo and the seller's description contradicted each other. The description said it had a 'digital timer' and the photo shows a simpler controller with three settings which I prefer and also what I got. I was also VERY happy that the delivery was transferred from UPS to a regular US post office and delivered by my regular postman to a locked mailbox at my complex. In the past, UPS was an absolute nightmare. I will order from this seller again. Thanks very much! Actions follow. I have used this heating pad with massage clients and have had mixed reviews. It is used on my desk under a fleece pad and sheet. I've been told that the heat on medium is "perfect" when used in a fairly cool environment, but another customer said they barely felt warm on high. I can't please everyone I guess. The power cable, which appears to be a bit short, also seems to be of an acceptable length so far. Generally satisfied!
