You're getting what you pay for.
I like it so far. The fabric is cheap material, but you're not going to be seeing it so that's ok. I wish it was softer though it does kind of bother me, but I haven't worn it much so maybe it'll get better. The elastic is stiff and rubs against my waist which isn't pleasant, but the lace is nice.
