The support provided by the seller was excellent. The set up requires a close reading of the instructions provided, but the step by step pictures should get most people through the process. The unit is very compact and should fit most any location, the sound is crisp and very clear. There is a nice variety of input options, they all are working well. The remote is basic, runs the stereo like most electronics and seems to have a decent range. The appearance of the stereo is very nice, the lighting is detailed and easy to read. I have played with this unit for a week and it looks like a very good buy. A standard year warranty is very good and the response from the seller concerning any problems is excellent.
