Strong traction in high performance mode. Like any other battery, it can last up to 20 minutes with continuous use without a break. I roughly estimated that I could run 300-350 yards in a straight line with my 200 pound body. I've used it for snorkeling and reef paddling and it stalled as expected. It's stronger than expected at high frequencies, but nothing exceptional. I like how it floats on its own with no attachments. The app doesn't do much, and since you have to be within Bluetooth range, you really can't easily change the settings depending on who's using it. Good for the average user, if you are a serious diver or heavy user I would suggest a more powerful and much more expensive device.
