Extremely helpful for tired eyes and headaches from screens.

I love these blue light blocking glasses! I use my laptop to do most of my work, so I'm constantly looking at my screen. After 2 weeks I noticed that my eyes started to hurt when reading from the screen and I started getting migraines. After a few days of using these blue light glasses, I saw tremendous results. I squinted less and my headache gradually disappeared. I would highly recommend these anti blue light glasses to anyone with the issues I have had.
