Review on 🌡️ Inkbird WiFi Grill Meat Thermometer IBBQ-4T: 4 Colored Probes, Wireless BBQ Thermometer with Calibration, Timer, High and Low Temp Alarm for Smoker, Oven, Kitchen, Drum by Max Stallworth

This product was fairly easy to set up. The sensors are 120cm long and I plugged them all in and left them on a metal tray at room temperature to see what they read. All sensors registered the same ambient temperature as my neighboring AC thermostat, with no difference between them. I only used one sensor when I was cooking 22 pounds of Boston ham for cooking pulled pork and there it also matched the temperature shown on my BBQ controller's sensor. Cooking was low and slow at a maximum temperature of 225 degrees, but ran for over 22 hours with no temperature sensor issues. I would give it 4 stars but the app you should be using seems to be a smart home app and has been trying to get me to set up all sorts of SH devices in addition to this thermometer. It took me a while to get through all of this and get to what I needed to monitor temperatures.
