They have an awesome team! The support is great if you need it. I've never received such fast resolution as with them. The price fits our needs. It's not much at all given what we are protecting behind the firewall. We have been using this for years for multiple sites. No downtime with layering has ever happened. If there were any issues with the product, they are responsive and professional. We would go back in a heartbeat. For our clients, it provides peace of mind knowing that there is a system in place to protect against malicious actors doing so many bad things out in the cyber world. I like the price and the way it works, the interface is user friendly and it is simple. I would like to have more options to control the way my site is protected. I also would like a more powerful DDoS protection service. I don´t like that it blocks access to my site only from the country I choose, which is not always a country where is most dangerous. I would like to have a more powerful service at a lower cost. Protect my site from DDoS attacks.
