I used this battery to replace the original Sony Wi-Fi headsets in a pair. The battery has a guarantee of 12 months. After six months my headphones stopped working, the obvious cause was the battery. I contacted Henzens and they quickly sent me replacement batteries. With new batteries I found that the headsets still didn't work. I tried changing the sound settings on my TV but to no avail. As a last resort, I reset all audio settings on my Vizio TV, which fixed the headphone issue. I commend the Henzens staff and the courtesy and quick response they have shown me.
