Anyone complaining about these headlights other than that they are DOA is crazy. This is not a Baja design. They're amazingly light for $40! The beam pattern is amazing for my application. It's a very narrow, very wide, focused beam. There is some light scatter outside of the focused beam, but still a nice flowing amber in dense fog. On my truck coming straight out of a bay about 25 feet from the two car garage with about 3 feet between the doors the high beam pattern is about 2.5 feet. This spread was behind another garage door. It's a narrow wide focused beam, love it! Mount them low, point them down and you'll get a great fog/high beam. These are not high beams due to the spread. You would be blinded by oncoming traffic if you pointed far away. Try to use non-ordinary common sense!. People complain because he has no memory, all but a genius, he is special, he has a memory. It's a $40 lamp, what do people expect from a $40 lamp? I've had two months enough, if it breaks tomorrow I'll order a few more. Great inexpensive light! I am a contract electrician. For me, flashing lights are an added bonus. Please don't be an idiot pulling a lawn mower trailer with the flash lights on. EDIT EDIT EDIT Junk lasted 9 weeks two days with light use. The lights could last MAX 80 hours!
