The product was tampered with, the cap came off and the tube was only half full.
I used to order this product with no problems. When I opened it the tube felt light without really thinking about it, this morning I opened it and noticed the lid came off. It's half empty. Someone removed half of the rather expensive retinol from the tube. all this money down the drain. For the first time I was really disappointed with Amazon. Caroline Neley
