Difficult To Return

Jacket didn’t fit me well. Made me look bulky. I tried to return. It was approved right at the beginning of stay at home orders in my state. We were told not to leave the house unless we are an essential employee going to work or buying food. I was a responsible citizen during this time. The company, on the other hand, is not and would not extend return policies. Also, when I tried to return the item with the provided label, USPS told me that the company provided the wrong type of label for the package and it couldn’t be used. Seems like a tactic to discourage returns. I wouldn’t order again.

Another disadvantage of this product is that it may not be warm enough for colder weather. While the denim material is durable and stylish, it may not provide enough insulation in colder climates, making the coat less practical for everyday wear
