The size does not match my rating.
Luckily I read the reviews so I ordered a size 10 for my 4 year old instead of the 4t. Size 10 will fit but not for a larger child. It is made in the form of a crop top. Even the size 10 fitted my daughter at the waist. Although the head hole was bigger I can't imagine what the 4t looked like. The front image was great but stiff. Just pay attention to the size when ordering.
