Ineffective headphones

I bought the headphones because they had good reviews overall. Unfortunately, the headphones do not work properly. I had to use the headphones in a certain way or I couldn't hear anything through them. At first I thought it was just one earbud not working properly, but it was both. That's why I gave it 3 runs.
