Installing this in my 3 amp power supply to replace a protruding analog volt meter. I had to make an adapter plate stub to fit the hole in the old counter. The only thing to note is that the current is measured by lifting the ground leg and connecting it to the shunt in this meter. So if you have a multi-voltage power supply with all common grounds, current may be able to bypass this meter and will not be measured if your circuit uses multiple voltages from this source. As far as I can tell, all common digital electricity meters measure the current through the ground leg, so they are no different. Otherwise, I like this meter, although the size of the numbers could be bigger.
