I usually don't write reviews that quickly, but I'm really satisfied with this one. I bought my Joule a few months ago and have enjoyed every meal so far. However, lumping it together and trying to get it to work was less than hoped for. I was originally just looking for a silicone cap that would work with the Joule when I found this item listed. Instead of a lid, I liked the features like the grill and lid, as well as the jar that's designed to work with the unit. Tonight my wife asked if I could cook a whole meal instead of just one dish. I took it as a challenge. For our first container meal, I cooked mahi, mahi, rice, and asparagus in a sous vide container and couldn't be happier with the results. The rice went first and was much hotter at cooking temperature. Once that was done the fish and asparagus went last while I finished the fish with a quick grill. Topping it all off with a charred mango salsa, it was able to make a very tasty meal with just one appliance. My only caveat. The cover is picked up with two hands. I wish him support. I'll probably make something that will do the same. I want this to be developed. Otherwise. The best addition to the kitchen since Joel himself.
