UPDATE: Almost from day one I had problems with the handle on the jar lid. It never fitted the first time, then it streaked, then I tried super glue but it didn't work. I went to their website and spoke to the support team. They said no problem send a confirmation email. I got an email saying they wanted the numbers from the chef's plate and a picture of the problem. I sent both and they confirmed they would send a replacement knob/screw assembly. I had to call once or twice but it came in a reasonable amount of time and it fits, lasts, works great. and no settings. It boils, boils, and you release steam. It's cool because there are so many different ways to use it. There's a bit of a learning curve for me, but I'll start. Easy to clean but awkward to store away. And it's hard! But while I love it, I'm excited to incorporate it into my culinary routine!
