Cheap solution for a simple problem

These work OK for the intended purpose. It's easy to not screw these in at the opposite side of the can so that the retrofit LED lights I installed were tilting showing a gap in ceiling upon install. These also kinda spin around on ya since there is only 1 screw securing these. But short term they work, and I don't see any reason why they shouldn't work long term too.

Can be adjusted easily to fit different ceiling heights

May not be compatible with certain types of light sensors or timers
