Cheap plastic zippers that break easily
The backpack itself is not bad. It's cute and can hold a lot. But the backpack zipper shouldn't break after a week of use! This backpack had two zippers and both derailed and broke in half so I have no way of fixing them. I'm hoping I can buy a metal zipper at a craft store and it will work. Otherwise my daughter cannot use her new backpack that she loves so much.
