I love this case. I have a 2013 Toyota Corolla and was looking for a nice black and red steering wheel cover when I found it a few months ago and my boyfriend stopped me from buying it almost immediately because he said it was "strange". " looked. it can bother more than anything else. I finally got it on sale and damn I'm glad I bought this item! It lies perfectly in the hand and is made of very durable material. I also like its unique shape. The edges make turning easier. As far as protecting my hands from the hot Florida sun, this works great! But it's a shell! You will not regret it. PS My boyfriend likes it now too haha. Also, it's a bit difficult to put on, so some patience may be required!
