Received today. They were packed very well. Each candle was individually wrapped and placed in bubble wrap. Two candles in a box, three boxes in a large box with documentation and a remote control. Putting the batteries in the candles was very easy and I love the flickering effect. You can turn off the flickering effect with the remote control and also adjust the lamp intensity. Nice added bonus. I have them on the windows in several rooms and the remote works very well as long as I am within five feet of the candle. No more figuring out how to route power cords and turn each candle on and off. Simply enter the room, point the remote control at the candle you want and press the on/off button. I haven't rated battery life or durability since I just turned it on. I have no doubt that they will work well for a long time (I will run them about 4 hours a day). LEDs do not consume much power. I love the cover too! Looks like a real candle but with no flame or soot. I highly recommend them and may buy a good six more. I can easily cover the whole house with it. One for each window. Maybe even use them as a centerpiece on a dining table surrounded by balsam sprigs.
