I'm 5.10", 165lbs, 40" bust, 31" waist. I bought the medium and found it to be quite wide in the shoulders and shoulders I think Arms and waist were also quite full. Thought it might shrink a bit in the wash but it didn't big. Maybe an inch or two extra long. So if you want it light I'd definitely recommend going a size smaller than usual to try out will definitely be buying a few more different colors most colors are pastel bramble it would be nice to see more traditional solid colors but overall a great shirt at a good price.
