The perfect chef's knife!
I bought this knife because I needed a strong and sharp knife for most kitchen needs. I didn't want to spend a fortune on 1 either. This knife is beautifully made, very easy to use and pleasant to hold. It is extremely sharp and made of high quality stainless steel. The 8 inch blade is the perfect size for almost all of my needs, not my small kitchen knives. It comes in a very nice red velvet case. Would make a great gift, so beautifully packaged. Amazing price and value. Highly recommend this chef's knife! Very high quality.
