All my life my mom always had a big tube of petroleum jelly to put on her lips before bed. She swore by this thing and used it on us kids to keep our lips from getting chapped. Needless to say, as soon as I saw the actual lip pot I bought one for her. She once took it with her when she was spending a few nights in the hospital (she's fine now), cocoa butter is now her favorite as it saved her from chapped, dry lips during her stay. I highly recommend adding one to your gift bag if you have someone to lay down for a bit or stay in the hospital for a few nights. If the jar isn't their style, it looks like they now have swirl versions of their lip balm. Personally I would prefer the roll on style as the jar can get a bit slippery if the balm hits the sides.
