First of all, I'm the goldilocks of the pillows. I literally have a graveyard of pillows in my extra bedroom because I buy so many and they let me down. I've bought too many to count: Sealy, Tempurpedic, Down, Sable, Coop Home Goods, Down Alternative and so on. Every 6 months I switch to another because of neck pain. I thought it would be expensive but decided to give it a try because of the warranty. On the first night out of the box, I've never been happier with a pillow. There's no bad smell and it was comfortable even as an odd rectangle. I was shocked it worked. I'll try it during the warranty period but for now I'm very glad I tried it. Also, FYI, I'm 5 inches tall with an average height of 5.7, female.
