The AORAEM Web Shop: A Lost Chance for Cosmetics Addicts

I like to think of myself as something of a beauty expert, so I was excited to check out the selection available at AORAEM's online store. Unfortunately, my encounter fell far short of expectations. Poor variety of nail art supplies and nail polishes were only two examples of how their foot, hand, and nail care items lagged behind the competition. As an expert, I had higher hopes for a firm whose focus is cosmetics and grooming. Their goods were similarly of dubious quality. Their items disappointed me since they didn't live up to their advertising. Not to mention how sluggish and unreliable their shipping is. Despite these problems, their customer service was the worst letdown. I was surprised by their unresponsiveness and unhelpful attitude as a person who places a high importance on outstanding customer service. At the end of the day, I just can't bring myself to endorse AORAEM's beauty supply store to my fellow internet shoppers. It's a lost chance for a brand that promotes itself as dedicated to health, wellness, and cosmetics.

Pros
  • Simple to understand and use website.
Cons
  • There aren't any brick-and-mortar locations, simply an internet store.
