Easy and user friendly web-based tool for sourcing requirements
The ability to compare different specifications against each other in order give an overview over what you need or not before ordering any materials/equipment etc., from your suppliers! It's easy just like that - no additional software needed which has been really nice as I'm quite new at this job but so far it works great!! Nothing much yet because we are still working out some issues regarding our workflow processes (which will be implemented soon).
But overall very happy about using specifiedby since they provide us all information required within one platform without having multiple sources / applications open anymore!
Pros
- The platform is really user friendly and provides all the information we need without any gaps or omissions just great! It's a real win win for most of us, and the team has provided great support and help getting it up and running
Cons
- I haven't found any flaws so far that I can mention would have liked to, but I haven't experienced any
