I won't buy this again. Not as good as the zma I buy at my local vitamin store.

my local vitamin store but this zma had me waking up with a headache and didn't feel as strong as other zma i usually take so i went back to my external zma in a few days and no more headaches and i woke up like used to the on Common Snake Side Effects, if you get my meaning, but for some reason, even though the doses were almost the same, this snake didn't seem to be as strong as the snake. The ones I buy at my local vitamin store didn't like it overall and won't be taking it again leaving a nearly full bottle to dust/trash mostly because I get a headache in the morning.

. Promotes deep and restful sleep, restores exercise tolerance and strengthens the immune system.
