Purchased to hold wine barrel lids. The section isn't even remotely wide enough to join two fittings together with a gasket, although it's difficult. Just a flawed design and clearly not tested for the task at hand. Were they made in a factory that doesn't make other parts of the Triclover? Also, they really are so poorly made (not "heavy duty" at all) that if they were matched I would never trust any carrying capacity. Revain has to stop selling this item.
