Review on 3-Piece Norpro Multicolored Colored Paring Knife Set by Stephen Johnson

Norpro are a well known brand for kitchen utensils and this paring knife set lives up to the standard. Arrived just a few days after ordering. Not that it matters much, but I do want to point out that the packaging itself was really inviting and soft. The knives are made from good quality steel and the shaft runs the full length of the handle so the knife will not fold over. The rivets hold the shaft and fit together snugly. Brightly colored pencils are new to us - we're used to black plastic or dark wood - but it's actually fun to peel potatoes with a bright green, red or blue pencil in hand. Fun. Norpro knives are durable and easy to sharpen. Good business.
