So far so good + some usage tips

Read all the reviews carefully and decide to roll the dice over this little toaster. (I have limited workspace, so the small size was a factor.) So far I've used it to bake frozen mozzarella sticks and spring rolls, and to reheat pizza. It worked as expected, but I noticed that if the solid pan is too far forward (closer to the door) all of the heat rises up from the back of the oven, resulting in uneven heating. super dark brown and the fronts were barely golden. The next time I made egg rolls, I moved the fixed tray a little farther from the door to allow the bottom element's heat to rise evenly around it (both front and back), which had a big impact on the performance of the Unit. Ability to cook evenly. (Now I suspect this was part of an issue with some of the other reviewers who mentioned the uneven heat issue.) I've also used it to bake mozzarella sticks a few times and they came out great. I've reheated leftover pizza a few times and it's always been perfect. I personally don't like microwave pizza because it makes the crust so raw, which is why I've always cooked it in the oven. It usually takes about 15 minutes from a cold conventional oven at 350Β° to heat a pizza to my liking. With this little device it only took about 9 minutes at 350Β° in a cold oven to get the same effect. In fact, I would even say that this toaster worked a little better because the crust didn't dry out as much as it would in a regular oven. Happy about it. This is my first time using a toaster oven and I noticed a few things to look out for... Because it's so small and heats up so much faster than a large conventional oven and the heat in such a small space is so limited, I found that all the foods I used to bake or reheat in my regular oven cooked much faster in this little toaster - no exception. I didn't take anything for granted and kept a close eye on everything for the first few uses, being careful to ensure that the cooking times were much shorter than in my regular oven. If I set it to the same time as my regular oven, I have no doubt anything I cook would burn to the bottom. So it's worth taking the extra time to keep a close eye on everything that's being used in the first few, and making a few adjustments to the placement of your trays and racks until you figure out what works. position and insert at level just above the fixed tray (see the door and I would never consider removing items from an oven (especially one this small) without using a heat resistant spatula, tongs or an oven mitt So personally I wouldn't add them to my complaints list like other reviewers do.I have to take some careful measurements and look for accessories small enough to fit in, but that's fine for what I use it for I am using it, so far I haven't tried the fry but if I do...or if I have any issues with the device I will come back and update this review. After about a month of regular use I can say that so far so good.
