Arrived with a corner chipped off and 2 screw holes missing. See photos, the two screws should be flush but instead they don't go down because there are no holes in the part below. Otherwise it works, but I'm sending it back for a different brand. MONTH 1 UPDATE: Support contacted me immediately to help. They explained that there shouldn't be any holes in this part and that the screws shouldn't be flush. This is not visible on the drawings in the instructions and is therefore considered a defect. A NOTICE. This is NOT a defect. Excellent customer service who contacted me and explained.
