My husband says this is his least favorite baby sleeping bag. He thinks zip is harder than our others but I don't have that problem. The bag is definitely warmer than our muslin bags. It's something of a lightweight sweatshirt/fleece material, making it suitable for our air-conditioned homes. But if we go on a summer hike, I'll probably want some muslin. The fleece material is soft and durable, but leaves cotton rags on the child's legs. (See photo) I think there will be fewer problems after a few washes, but I expect it will become less soft as well. I will update after washing it a few times.
