Poor Quality and Unhelpful Staff at Sumbababy, an Online Baby Store

I made a purchase from the Sumbababy online store not too long ago, and it has been a nightmare from start to finish. The toys and games I received were of such low quality that they upset and disappointed my children. Even the sports and outdoor play equipment didn't last more than a few days because of how cheaply it was constructed. The customer support was the very worst part of my experience. Sumbababy's customer care was unhelpful and unpleasant when I sought to voice my dissatisfaction and ask for a refund. They didn't seem concerned with helping me with my problems or with customers in general. My attempts to post a bad review on their website to forewarn other buyers were unsuccessful, and that was the icing on the cake. It's obvious that Sumbababy is only interested in good feedback and will go to any extent to silence dissenting opinions. If you're thinking of buying something from Sumbababy, take my advice and go elsewhere. The quality of their goods is low, and their support staff is terrible. Plenty of other websites exist that are dedicated to their consumers and sell only high-quality goods. You should not spend any of your valuable resources on Sumbababy.
