My interactions with Atlasonix's online store have not been up to par, despite the fact that the company's products are of the highest quality. The website is difficult to traverse, with menus that are difficult to understand and a cumbersome process for checking out. In addition, there were delays in the shipping of my purchase, and there was a lack of communication regarding its progress. When I attempted to get in touch with the customer service department for assistance, I was met with lengthy wait times and responses that were not very helpful. Although the standard of their toys and games is very high, Atlasonix has a lot of room for improvement in terms of the overall experience they provide for their customers.
