It's not what it says, it's the state it is.

I didn't like the instructions because they didn't really explain anything. It's not loud at all, very quiet. The light from the system gave him no peace, it is too bright and disturbs driving. Worst of all, none of the siren sounds are original, just weird sounds. I can't use them for work because they don't sound right, they're not loud enough and when I have time I'm going to send them back and ask for a full refund.
