I needed a support strap that was big enough in the front to cover my belly button. I have an umbilical hernia from my first pregnancy that I never healed and now it's a real problem with my growing belly. This support belt helps A LOT! Appears to be well made and of good quality. It's very easy to put on and slides easily down my stomach when I need to go to the bathroom. The best way to wear this when you have an umbilical hernia is in maternity pants with fixed panels. I found this to be the best support for my hernia and it doesn't stick out that much. Only with a belt sticks out a hernia. For size reference, I'm 5ft 3in, 138lbs (120lbs before pregnancy), petite build and 28 weeks pregnant. It's worth noting that the color is more peach than nude, but it suits me because I don't try to wear it discreetly under clothes. Overall, highly recommended and wish I had bought it sooner! Every pregnant woman should have one of these to support the weight of her growing belly. Update: Velcro on this one doesn't last long. I wear this strap every day but I've only had it a month and the velcro isn't holding up. I'm very disappointed as I was hoping it would at least last through my pregnancy.
