Use as directed, in a ventilated area. I'm pretty sure the non-toxic part is a lie. Definitely smells toxic and will give you a headache if you don't have ventilation. Curing takes longer than I expected, probably due to thick layer build-up, and I've had a pair that stayed tacky and/or soft no matter how much I cured them - maybe it touched them too much to test (because of the oil on my hands messing up the chemical reaction). So my advice for using; 1. Open the window and turn on the fan.2. Make thin layers.3. (LED lamp) Cure at least 4 minutes per layer, 6 minutes per last layer.4. No touching until the last coat has dried for at least 6 minutes.
