Contact tech support as this webcam fails the one reason I suspect most people buy it: Windows Hellos login compatibility. The support team was quite responsive as we emailed the support team several times but in the end all their suggestions were fruitless. As it stands now, when I try to set up Windows Hello, the red light on the camera flashes quickly and the blue light goes on and off for a few seconds before they both turn off and Windows returns a "camera in use" error. Another program" or "We couldn't find your camera." And that's why I'm giving this product one star because, as several other reviewers have pointed out, to be kind in my words, the quality of a typical webcam is more outright At best I would say this compares to the video quality on my 2004 Motorola Razr V3 phone The mic works well for the speech to text conversion (mostly google it) I recommend staying away from this product until you see it find a way to actually make it work.
