I bought this to run on my personal desktop computer use. I plugged it in, the driver installed automatically, and when I set up Windows Hello everything worked fine. Enpass Password Manager can use Windows Hello and it has worked amazingly so far. Instead of entering a PIN or password to log into Windows, I tap with my finger. Same goes for my password manager, don't miss a second. I highly recommend this device and will be purchasing more such devices for other devices. Oh, and I tested this on my Surface Pro 3 and Surface Book and they worked great (Surface Book doesn't need it because of Face ID). Once you start using this, going back to entering PINs or passwords will be too difficult. I've registered my finger multiple times (in different places and at different angles) to make sure it works no matter how I touch it, and so far, if I'm not completely missing it, it's worked.
