these are the perfect notebooks for me. they are on the smaller side so if you prefer big, spacious notebooks then these might not be for you. i, however, prefer ones i can take anywhere, and these happen to fit in my pocket! (i use them for journaling.) they are not too heavy either so sometimes i forget they're in there. the notebook is pretty sturdy. it might curve a little bit depending on how much care you treat them with but i don't take "special" care of them and they've stayed intact and in the same shape (maybe with a little curve to it but that's my fault!) it conveniently has a pen holder so if you tend to lose things in your bag or forget them, it helps to always have one on hand. the pages are good quality--it might bleed through if it's heavy ink or marker but better than regular notebook paper. the pockets and straps are helpful too. i tend not to use those back pockets because you have to reach in to grab the things you left in there but the front pocket was tremendously helpful. it's an ok price but overall i give it 5 stars for convenience and because it fits my particular preferences. i've actually bought these more than once so maybe that tells you something. (I usually don't like something enough to buy the exact same thing.)
